Returns & Refund Policy:

If you wish to return or exchange products that are not faulty, please contact us on +961 71 643 792 with details of your order within 10 days of delivery.

Any returned products must be in good condition, with all original packaging intact. The cost and risk of returning or exchanging the product are the customer's responsibility.

Upon receipt, please carefully inspect all products. The courier must be informed of any breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We may not (at our sole discretion) accept any claims unless noted on the courier’s documentation.
A refund or replacement will be provided for any products that are damaged or faulty upon receipt.

No alcoholic products are offered for sale through this site to any person under the legal drinking age in their country of residence, or where such sale would be contrary to local law.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of lawful age. If purchasing as a gift, the recipient must also be of lawful age. Couriers may request ID at delivery if there is any doubt.
