Refund & Return Policy

At Softex Linens, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • Must include tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).

How to Start a Return

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@softexlinens.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend completing the return process first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions: unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer.
